Yeah! We have our dates for our first trip to Russia! Praise the Lord! Everything is moving very fast. We leave next Sunday, August 16th! Lots to do... lots to do...!

I am so excited to see this news!!! I have thought of you so often and our conversation. I saw the changes you mentioned. EAC is a good agency and were at the top of our list as well. It's funny how when it starts happening things really start moving quickly!

Did you witch to EAC? That is who we used and they were awesome! Your coordinator in the region will probably be Marina. Although she can be a little "moody", she knows her stuff, is totally efficient and I recommend to trust her 100%.
Please blog as often as you can during your journey. We Astrakhan adoptive parents love to re-live our own journeys. Also, it will be a great diary for your new addition :-)

This is great news! We left last year on August 15th for our first trip to meet the boys. How long is the wait between 1st and 2nd trips for your region? I still have not looked to see where that region is at that you are heading to. We will be praying for you all. Very happy for you!
Just noticed you switched to EAC. Like others have said, you made a good choice! EAC was one of our top two. I will be anxiously following your blog! Enjoy every moment...even during the tiring times. You will be in my prayers!
